Terms and Conditions

Frontiers High School is a school run by Gyan Bhaskar Educational Trust. The school is a product of dedicated and enlightened vision of trustees to provide quality education by imparting knowledge through synthesis of Modern Science and Technology with our Ancient Cultural Heritage.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through various methods, including bank transfer, credit/debit card, and online payment platforms, as specified in the invoice.
  • Currency: All fee and payments are in INR only
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding invoices or payments shall be resolved amicably through negotiation and mediation between the parties involved.
  • Changes to Payment Terms: We reserve the right to modify payment terms and conditions with prior notice.

Admission Policy

  • Students are admitted depeding on the availability of seats, irrespective of caste, color and creed.
  • Student should have completed 6 years of age on or before 31st March in the year in which admission is sought, to be eligible for admissions in Grade I; and so forth for higher Grades.
  • For classes higher than Std. I, admission process will be treated as Provisional until Transfer Certificate (duly attested by DEO or concerning Board Officer) in original from the last school is submitted.
  • All school records of the student will be based only on Municipal Birth Certificate.

Withdrawal Policy

A written application, signed by any of the parents, must be submitted while seeking withdrawal from the School. Such application must be submitted minimum one week in advance. All the dues must be cleared up to date. “No Dues Certificate” (obtained from School Library, Labs, Bus In-Charge, Class Teacher and Office)

Fee Structure

The school fee covers 12 calendar months, which may be paid in monthly/quaterly instalments. No reduction is made for holidays or broken periods. Students are liable to be charged full fee as long as their names are officially on the rolls. FEE can be enhanced every year according to the inflation rate on the decision of the Managing Committee. Ordinarily, there shall be a hike of 10 - 12% every year as per committee rules, except during the year of pay revision made by the Central Govt. All dues of the students should be cleared before any Examination failing which the student will not be allowed to appear the Examination and result are subject to be withheld. Parents are requested to insist upon receipt of payment and keep it safely for the whole session.

Refund Policy

  • Admission Fees/Enrollment Fees are non-refundable at any stage after the admission.
  • The session charges are also non-refundable at any stage once paid by the existing student at the beginning of the session.
  • If a child wishes to leave school in the middle of the session, from Nursery to Class VIII, the fees for the current and previous months is non-refundable. Fee for subsequent months will be refundable, if already paid.
  • In Class IX and X, however, if a child discontinues in the middle of the session, the fee for the whole academic year is required to be paid.

Privacy Policy

Email address, telephone or mobile number, postal address, etc.Students age, date of birth, details of family members, siblings, etc., Contact information of relatives, friends, etc, who come into contact with the school., Payment information, if payment information is made through cheque, net banking, credit or debit card, etc. Medical ailment. Future communication preference.
  • INFORMATION USAGE: All required information is service dependent and we may use this information, to maintain, protect, and improve its services on our website, in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology (reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data of information) rules, 2011 under Information Technology Act, 2000. We provide information to students and parents by way of digital or electronic communication such as email, mobile, SMS, phone call and postal mail. We also provide information on day to day administrative activities, events, celebrations, competitions, sports and others activities organised by the school.
  • INFORMATION SHARING: We do not share the sensitive personal information to any third party without obtaining the prior consent of the user, unless in the following limited circumstances: (a) When it is requested or required by law or by any court or governmental agency or authority to disclose, for the purpose of verification of identity, or for the prevention, detection, investigation including cyber incidents, or for prosecution and punishment of offences. These disclosures are made in good faith and belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary for enforcing these Terms; for complying with the applicable laws and regulations. (b) We propose to share such information within its group companies and officers and employees of such group companies for the purpose of processing personal information on its behalf. We also ensure that these recipients of such information agree to process such information based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
  • INFORMATION SECURITY: We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. All information gathered on our Website is securely stored within our controlled database. The database is stored on servers secured behind a firewall; access to the servers is password-protected and is strictly limited. However, as effective as our security measures are, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.
  • CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY: We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
